While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I found behind its walls was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

From the moment I walked in , it was evident that hygiene was not a priority at this venue. The floors were sticky , and a foul smell of stale beer and filthy restrooms polluted the entire establishment . Smelling a mixture of urine , a rotting odor and a sickly smell. The serving zone , which should be the centerpiece of any pub, was littered with unwashed glassware and debris that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . The toilet was in even worse condition —overflowing , with a cracked flush mechanism and walls covered in what I can only assume was human waste .

After reading through multiple accounts and conversing with residents , it seems that the standard of sanitation (or lack thereof) at this pub is a long-standing issue website . Many guests have reported observing cockroaches darting across the bar area and traces of mice in the bar and house area . During my time there, I became aware of how distressed several women seemed around Cornwell. As I investigated further , I was alarmed to find numerous complaints against him involving misconduct , with multiple women reporting interactions of sending indecent material . Described as disturbingly assertive and inappropriate , his behavior has created an unwelcoming setting for women who patronize Masterson’s. His presence at the bar often resembled that of a unsettling figure than a amiable manager.
